AngeliCare Live Scan is certified by the Department of Justice to provide Live Scan fingerprinting services in California.  AngeliCare In-Home Companion Care was founded in 2003 to serve the needs of maturing adults living in Fresno and Madera Counties.  Our services are provided via caregivers, whom undergo thorough extensive background screenings.  The background & screening process ultimately paved the way in AngeliCare becoming a Live Scan Private Service Provider.
